I had to change the story a bit and add a new character. He's the elder of Trillo's tribe and is the one that sends him off to take feather from Fergus. He's old but by no means weak or frail. His only signs of illness are the missing feathers from his wings and he keeps them hidden with a big red cape. He's eccentric and intimidating and hates any sign of weakness.

He's not evil though (if a bit selfish and self absorbed) he still cares about his tribe. Though I probably wont be able to show much of that in the comic.
