Weasels: how do they work?

I asked twitter what to draw again. One person suggested "Tubes in ferrets" (which I interpreted as ferrets with pipes) and another suggested "Someone trying to find the fourier transform of a weasel's wiggle and failing miserably."

If you look at the graph, the wiggliness somehow goes to infinity, so weasels are quite possibly dividing by zero!

technically dividing by zero is supposed to wipe out whatever is divided

Dividing by exactly zero is undefined (for example, if I give you six ferrets and ask you to break them up into zero groups, what do you do?). Instead you divide by a variable and see what happens as that variable gets really small. Often, that leads to infinity.
