I like how your card isnt over powered. Sure the 300x the amount of monsters in the grave yard might to some seem powerful, but i know of decks that focus on sending cards out off play. Also like that he can be special summoned after death in battle, which is another thing that can be dealt with. Only thing is maybe should be a level 2 or 3. Otherwise, nice card and well balanced, and the artwork is good too.
