This way my first try at refurbishing a suit!
I DID NOT make the original suit.
My good friend commissioned someone else, who will remain anon,
and didn't do the best job of making Pep.
There were a lot of holes, showing foam, and all the seams were not sewn- only glued.
So, I did as best as I could to make him look a little better.
I patched up all the holes, gave him a really nice brushing and shaving.
I redid his eyes completely (the following function didn't work in the old eyes, and were too dark for the character!) and I relined his mouth and the inside.
It was a lot of work, but my friend is so pleased with how Pep looks now!
The first two were original photos, the second set are Pep after all repairs and shaving. The rest are what he looks like now!

Well, with holes, if I can, I sew them up. If not, I try to find a fur that looks really similar! Since I have a lot on my plate at the moment, I can't now, but if you need a repair service, note me! And I can see what time and estimate everything and such.
And thank you! I've refurbed another since then, but it was a private refurb.
