An original Cabbage Patch doll by Xavier Roberts. Late 1980's is best recollection of when she was adopted. Over the years the papers and documentation has come up missing. This is not one of the plastic ones from China.

Oh! I remember going to a cabbage patch factory in georgia. They were pretty hard core about adhering to the whole cabbage patch kid birthing process. They had little incubators and everything.

People were coming by the groves to stores to buy those dolls. It was plain nuts then.

I remember hearing news reports of people going nuts in the stores. This one is hand made from Xavier Roberts himself. His Company. In the late 80's this was $125.00. Last time I checked they are going for around $295.00 now

Hold on to the doll. Just like that fiddle off the Titanic Ship that can't be played. If people want it. It depends how many are available and condition usually. The less available, the better the price. As long as demand is very high.
