the eyes they follow you!!!
looks kinda cross eyed from front view but i have found most suits with eyes that follow tend to be cross eyed from a nose-on view.
i repainted the eyes 5 time! they are now so pretty and they are like super glow-in-the-dark to top it all off.

you have to paint/make the pupil and the iris on somthing concave, i have found adding the whites of the eyes aplifies the effect as does keeping the pupil small and setting the eyes way back in the head also really makes the effect more effective.
the fact its on the inside of something that domes inward creates an optical illusion that it is following you, the eyes have to be set in the head just right or the effect is kind of wonky.
since i don't see out these eyes i was able to put on a clear dome for a lenze (fogs up if you have to see out from behind it)
i have seen people make "follow you eyes" out of see-through mesh too
