Well I learn how to draw this way in math class. It's not too hard to make. You just need a ruler. Except for the eyes he is nothing but straight lines. From a mathematical point of view a curve is nothing but a series of straight lines with various slopes intersecting one another. It also helps to first draw this guy of graph paper.
