dialog goes as this:
Scene One: Capt. Fuzznuts watches over Fortune City and thinks/says to himself, "This city loves me"
Scene Two: Switch to a newspaper boy cliche shouting from the street below, "EXTRA! EXTRA! CRAZED COSTUMED SQUIRREL RUNS AMUCK!!!"
Scene Three: Back to Capt. Fuzznuts as he thinks/says to himself, "Yup, loves me"
Scene Four: He breaks the fourth wall and begins to address the reader, "Alas it wasn't always that way"
Scene Five: Switch to normal Fuzznuts or Buck Driver whom is asleep on the hood of a cab. Fuzznuts narrates, "There was a time when I was just plain old Buck Driver"
