In a nutshell, Randy got snookered when he was trying to get change for doing his laundry at a nearby Laundramat, by the Bunny Boy there (who was dressed as a girl), who convinced him to dance on stage and strip down to his skivvies (to the tune "Moves Like Jagger") at a night club that was near said-laundramat. And because the bunny had a vid-cap of the performance, that's why he's blackmailing Randy.
