OMG! I think i have to get that! (is it actually any good? I mean what it's proposing it's doing seems like a dream come true that I never thought would happen so...)

Haha! So enthusiastic.
I saw someone storytime this on 4chan, and it's pretty damn awesome. It's actually surprisingly brutal, too (just like an Ewok!). I'm going to make an effort to get a physical copy at some point soon... My local comic store should be able to order it for me. Major points: Most of the characters have a slight re-design to make them a happy medium between the movies and the cartoon (Latara and Kneesa, for example, keep most of their cartoon design, but are more lean looking). I was blown away when I found out that Teebo was supposed to be the skunk-patterned Ewok from Return of the Jedi. Paploo pretty much inherits Teebo's cartoon design and his place as Lowgrey's apprentice. The movie-skunk-pattern Teebo is more of a bruiser. Teebo and Latara are still an item, and I think the size difference makes them a cute couple. And Wickett? He's pretty much the same as he ever was.
The cool thing is, the comic ends with the scene where Wickett pokes Leia with a stick, so it ends right where ROTJ picks up the story.

I wondered how long it would be befor some one did fan-art of this :-D would love to see dark horse do more ewoks books/stories. cant remeber much of the cartoon a part from the one episode "night off the stranger" which I pretty much burnt in to my memory as it was the first VHS I got given as kid that and droids "the great heep" I literally watched them both to destruction I think your right a bout the size difference make them a cuter couple it gives off a "your my protector" vibe not that she needs it as she go's pretty bad ass toward the the end. and I like how they keep lots of the things from the cartoon like teboo's poetry, the sun stare and the duloks who look much better now than in the show. there new look makes them more expressive and they seem to fit in to the world better
Thanks man! I downloaded both Ewoks and Droids a few years back. The first season of Ewoks holds up fairly well, but the 2nd season is just plain awful. Droids, on the other hand, I just couldn't stay awake through. It wasn't a bad cartoon, I just found it really dull.
