Chloe has many of the Velzariin powers, and hir favourite one is shapeshifting, though shi mostly prefers these two forms. Hir specialty powers are control over water, ice and a bit of power over fire, though shi has yet to realize how to use hir powers. Chloe is one of the eldest daughters of Scorch and Verryxia, and who was doted upon a bit, shi loved food and hir mother's milk, but shi learned how to cook well from a young age and treated hirself to many treats. Due to hir tall height and bulk, shi is very shy and clumsy, preferring to disguise hirself as an orca rather than the royal dragoness shi was born to be. Chloe took care of hir younger siblings and is close with hir aunt Valina, and shi has the honour of being the head chef in hir mother's kingdom.
Chloe met Mirrk and Nancy when they came in to visit the queen, and after several visits and getting to know more about them, shi asked if shi could join them on their travels, to learn more about hirself and to see more things, instead of just being a beloved daughter and cook.
