If I could figure out a way to get my scanner to read the entire negative without cropping out the parts of the image that are in the shadow areas, then I'd be in business.

Thing to notice: Now that I've got Windows Vista running on my computer, you can easily tell what I've shot on my digital SLR and what was shot on film. Film uploads won't contain the exif data, as is evidenced here, while the XTi images will clearly display that data below.
