It has been four hours since Sabretooth and his team of Engineers have been trap on broad the USG Ishimura. This mission was meant to be a simple repair the vessels Shock Point Drive, and go to the next mission, but the Ishimura's Captain brought the Marker on broad three hours before Sabre and his co-works docked with Ishimura, and now the four gryphons faced a much more horrifying reality, the crew of Ishimura have been repurposed into necromorphs. But Sabre was trapped in the Hydroponics Deck, and the quarantine had been activated, warning Sabre that there was a horde Nerco's on the deck, but he is ready for the onslaught.
