Yay! Another commisson~! This, of course, is drawn by Erik. This is the creator of Eevee and the rest of my OCs, aka, True Eevee(me)! This is the man who influences the events and bad luck of his creations and those connected to them with his mere will. He has the ability to scan and process the abilities, moves, and even the apperence of others with a techqiue called "Data Record", in which allows him to copy his enemies and allies or create of exact replica (minus free will) of that being tegardless of who they are or what they are. He has been collecting the powers of everyone hes met over time, modifiying and creating new ways to use them.

His control over events is limited to the people who care about eevee

His created Replica of a person lacks any memories the person has so they cannot pose as that person unless the Replica learns how to act like that person

Cannot go offencive while collecting Data but is protected by a magic ward that can be broken but has high durability

Has all the powers of his creations
