Well now, it certainly has been a while!

This here is a Leatherwing pony, one of the many different kinds of creatures in a project I'm participating in with the creator of Flexible Survival: Ponyfinder. Not to be confused with the more canon-friendly version, this Pathfinder campaign setting is not based on That Show, though it does draw inspiration from it. As you can see, these are very much not the supercartoony ponies you're familiar with!

I am working with two other artists, who cleans up my sketches and inks them, and Candice McKlaskle (Dragonfly Studios) who is doing landscapes and backgrounds.

We are doing more than 30 illustrations for this book, which should be hitting gaming stores around Christmas if everything goes well. So far we are right on schedule :)

I'm really really really excited about this, and unfortunately because of the very short amount of time there is to do all of this art, I've basically dropped *everything* to meet this deadline. And I want to thank everyone who contributed to the extremely successful Kickstarter campaign, this wouldn't be happening without you <3

While working on all of it, I've learned a lot of new things, picked up some new software, and I'm having a ton of fun making allllll these ponies. Mostly because I get to do them in my own style. And there's no insane pink ones (do my knowledge, anyway >.>)
