Here we have the "innocent" fox girl, Kit, mere moments before her "hostile" takeover of what is soon to become the Drunken Fox Tavern. Released at the same time as Mimi, but somehow the next block over, she used her charms (and not inconsequential wealth) to acquire the local pub and turned it into her own tavern.

Kit was programmed as an "immortal" NPC in the game who would aid the players by providing food, lodging, and rumors in the form of her tavern. If her tavern was destroyed in a bandit raid, or a dragon attack, or say one of the players decided to go rogue and burn it down, she would simply build another or buy an existing one, whichever was cheaper. She couldn't die in the game, and she would only get knocked unconscious if attacked. Here, she is simply following her programming (IE force of habit that she no is no longer bound by) and getting herself a new home. While Kit looks like she's 14, she's actually the oldest of the characters to be in the series at around 3000.

If you read that in your head as Tim Curry doing Nigel Thornberry's voice, it sounds really cool and kinda weird at the same time.
