So my friend's character and mine. His(left side) name is Silent and her name (right) is Amethyst (Ama for short).
Ama is a mute and can't talk due to PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
Silent is just the strong silent type but these two don't need words to under stand one another. He knows what she's saying and she knows what he's thinking.
