I actually love how this turned out. <3 Kelly has been one of my two favorite OCs of mine since the day I created her, and this picture is a beautiful portrayal of her. :)
There actually is a bit of story behind this one too. See, long before Kelly met her friends and began her life ashore, she lived all alone in a grotto far away from any other merpeople. She was always very lonely, and one of the few things that gave her peace of mind was looking up at the moon and stars at night. Each night, she would surface in order to look out at the moon and stars for a while. She might not live in the ocean nowadays, and she isn't nearly as sad or lonely than she was before then, she still loves gazing out at the moon and stars at night.
I tried doing a kind of stained glass effect for this picture, and I just love how it turned out. <3
