I charge $100 to assemble these (that covers my time, the elastic, foam, fabric, apoxie putty, and plastic metal), but you can see all of the prices for the pieces here: http://www.dreamvisioncreations.com/apps/webstore/
To be honest, it doesn't seem like that much of a discount. I added up the cost for a ready resin blank assembled by dvc, and it was around 200. when i added up the individual pieces, plus assembly by you, i got 230. Maybe I'm adding something wrong somewhere. Unless you supply some of the pieces included in that 100$ assembly fee.
