I finally drew a halfway decent Gardevoir. There are a few mistakes from the character design, but I'll fix one of them if I draw her again.

Well the mistakes I made were that I gave her 8 fingers, when the original design has 6. But I'm keeping the 8 fingers. The other mistake are the lines on her head. They aren't suppose to connect. That change I'll be making cause I like that detail from the original design better.
Prsh, picky picky. x3 Everyone has their own style, and just because she has what you think are 'flaws' doesn't mean they are. They're just your taste in design.
