Izzarius a water dwelling creature similar to the ancient giant alligators/crocs. He is more an alien type thing than a dragon, but i imagine if humans discovered this life form on another planet, they'd be called dragons. They are relatively large, 40+ feet long or so, and love chomping large prey in a similar manner to crocodiles. The tusks are related to mating battles, both male and female fight for mates, and aren't really sexually dimorphic. Males can have larger tusks and head horns, because they usually compete more than females, but it isn't anything really obvious. I'm not sure why they aren't very streamlined, but i'm sure there's a good reason. :D
