This is a latin chant that is normally sung when a priest near the beginning of the Mass sprinkles the congregation with holy water; a practice suitable for certain important feast days.
If I could find my Glauxian script on FA to give credit, I would, but I can't seem to find it in my favorites on either account (I found an old one on my other account, but it's not the one I use...oh, well. :\) Either way, I'm not the creator of these characters; most of them are from Kathryn Lasky's Guardians of Ga'Hoole books and any holes in the script were filled in by a fur from Ohio. It's incredibly fun to write; I need to get my hands on a chisel-tipped marker, that's when it really looks beautiful and elegant; it lends itself to the style of Gregorian Chant. Obviously, there's no musical notes here, but...you get the idea.
Just a little something I do in my spare, spare time.
