In my world I change up the Drow a bit. the Moriquendi are not dark Elves in being black. It is their behavior that has earned that name.
The Drow are classic cave dwellers. Albinos, not black, but their skin is near transparent. their eyes are huge red orbs that suffer in the sun as do they. Well suited to the near dark of the Underdark, what they call "The womb of the Mother", but burning in the light of the "Father", as Elves call the sun.
