Ahh. The right-top guy's neck-cloth reminded me of a hero in an anime character. The 'general' (middle left) looks like a she and look cool and collected enough to be in commanding position. Plus what she wear look likea metal armor of sort. The pet is because...well...it's a cat...who wear collar.
