This is Designation EB:020 a search and tracking designed bander for warfare, his senses are multiple times better than that of an average human and he can track almost anything. his DNA is a mix of prototype's EBP:001 Redd and EBP:002 Bloo

He was Originally designed to track enemy units, however in a training exercise designed to test him, upon finding the "enemy" he pounces each one individually and licked them much like a dog would rather than attacking as was intended, dispite this setback he has found use as a search and rescue Bander for war and civillian work.

His creator named him Thumper for his big ears and bucked teeth but upon trying to say the same himself it was discoverd he had a lisp that made his name come out as "Fumper" this immediatly stuck and he will not respond to any other name or classification
