I received a post card from my 1st step-father and it turns how he was having some fun in Vegas.....when I looked at the picture all I could think of was a horse..which was...weird actually. So I designed Claire heavily based on Vegas so yeah...new OC everyone O3O

lastly.... I didn't really create her until I started to play Fallout New Vegas again ^^U
