Ta-dah! My new pony OC!
Well, she's not actually new; I've had her in my head for almost 2 years, and now I decided to let her out.
This is Sea Luck, also known as Seala [pronounced C-luh] to her friends and family since Sea Luck can be kind of a mouthful sometimes.
She’s a sailor who loves the ocean, boats, ships, and pretty much anything out on the open water. She wants to travel the whole world, and see every piece of water she can. To do this, she joins crews going all over the place and sets sail to all sorts of places. She got her love of the ocean from her dad, who was a fisherman, er, fisherhorse. He liked to take her out while he worked so her mom could run the fish stall back home, and also because he liked the company. She learned how to take care of a boat, how to sail, and, most importantly, how to fish and take care of herself from these trips.
I’ll probably put up a less painted picture of her later so you can actually see her color palette. I tried really hard to keep it close to seaweed, and the color of the ocean in New England, since I’m planning on having her come from Neightucket, otherwise known as Nantucket, one of the largest whaling towns during the time it was around.
