This is a Birthday gift for
KitDrago from 
irime! This character is based off of the 4th Doctor, my elemental red pandas, and this awesome tail Kit has: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10791307/
I hope you like how he came out!!! He has a big neck ruff to look like the scarf wrapped around (and the tail can also be wrapped around his neck for DOUBLE EFFECT!) I patterned his markings off a mix of 4th Doctor outfits and red panda markings but the colors are based off the tail with white added into the mix to make his face look more striking (the yellow and beige looked weird on the face.) The yellow eye is for how time lord STUFF looks in Doctor Who, and the bright blue eye is to match Tom Baker's eyes.
This guy was fun to design! :D
