Reminds me of discord from mlp series. Nicely done

But i didn't realize from its description that the character's design was based on discord so i thought this would be better.

It looks like a chibi version of that other picture. Though discord has a goat's face instead of lion. This could also be a chimera, which is a mixture of bodies of different species (chimeramon or kimeramon from digimon series 02 forexample, has the arms of one digimon, legs of another, and so forth. Making it somewhat of a monster. Like a frankestein)
Though there is also the multiheaded, snake tail chimeras as well
