Yes, I agree with Negaduckie, your art is so unique and not like most others furry art which all look the same and is always (often) pr0n. Random character drawn with cock (because furry ppl await it) is so boring sometimes! ;>

I want to thank you for taking the time to say that. It really means a lot to me. I agree with you, furry porn is just...ugh boring and unimaginative. I think a lot of young artists here draw that kind of thing because they want views and they want to get noticed (and established artists seem to to nothing but)! I'm really quite sick of perversion and pornography to be honest. Not that I haven't been a pervert in the past mind you. X)

I'm taking the long view with my art. Much of what I do is NOT furry art and my views and faves here will suffer for that. But that's ok. I can go to bed and sleep well knowing I've done something substantial to further my skills as an all-around artist and not just a furry artist. Your words have made me happy. *hugs* :)

Oh yes, you take the words out of my mouth! Sometimes I'm sitting here, envious and jealous of other artists, who have thousands of watchers, the most popular artists have 40k, 30k watchers. Man I bet the artists feel so proud of themselves *irony mode & rolls eyes*. They must feel very important, popular, and asked for. Attention whores. I could literally smack my keyboard at the screen for that. Not only on FA, also on Deviantart. And I sit here with a mere 130 watchers and wait for people to react to some of my birdie art *single cricket sound*... ;) Draw good clean art and you're igonred. Draw (decent but also bad!) pron art and you have all the attention. I'm sick and tired of that.

But to be honest, I'm also sick and tired of waiting for new contacts and new furry friends... Seems I *have* to start drawing pron to get into contact with people... I'm still a bit reluctant, because I have a dirty naughty mind and would draw all kinds of pron where people would make a O_o face (tested it on a couple of RL furry friends I met, I showed them my fav art I watch when I yiff, and they made that face, hehe, or said "what exactly is yiffy about that now?" Hehe... but oh well, reluctancy doesn't help much on such social network art sites it seems. Egoistic "me first" ratrace dog-eat-dog society.

But oh yup, never give up your cool unique art I tell ya, even if I should start drawing pron art for some attention (which I think all of us are secretly craving for, more or less, hehe, typical human characteristic?) *hugs ya* :)

In the end, dear Shairaptor, draw what you WANT to draw. Feel good about that and, if you've done well, others will appreciate it too. :)

That's right, thanks! :) Glad you're one of the few artists who stitck to that rule, and you draw what you want, not what other expect you to draw. Sorry for the slime (bootlicking) but it's meant in an honest way. :)

Much thanks, Kenoshi! I've been studying color theory and it's really helped me make different color choices and choices that make certain characters pop out. Plus that color is based on a real frog too. I based my colors on him, except that I left out the black spots. :)
