Took this while visiting family during Easter. Edit: It's actually an Orange-fronted parakeet, Aratinga canicularis. Many thanks to  caltera for the info.

You wouldn't know it from looking at this picture, but there's a dog just out of frame, looking at this bird with a hungry look in his eyes, as if he wants to eat it. Good thing he didn't, though. Such a beautiful bird, too.
