Yenoghu, if you remember him, is the instigator of the Great Gnoll War - he gathered gnolls from across the lands and swept across the continent of Centra in an effort to murder or enslave all non-gnolls.
This is what I imagine he looked like - sort of an unassuming fellow, about a foot shorter than most gnolls, thin and gangly, but with an unsettling sort of look in his eyes.
Despite his posture and lack of martial prowess, he managed to garner respect from the other gnolls, or fear - enough that they would follow him in his mad campaign.
