Full chocolate cheer this sounds like it is begging to be eaten from the kitchens of  peltsilversmith

yea, you heard me, chocolate brownie cake. it's both, but neither, so it's some where in between, Get it?

2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Bittersweet chocolate chips

Beat together all the wet ingredients, Then sift in all the dry ingredients, fold together, and add the chocolate chips

it's a thick batter, so scrape it into a 10x10 inch baking pan that's been buttered and floured. Bake at 350 f for 25 min, or until a toothpick put into the center comes out clean.

While that's baking, you can get together your cream cheese icing. it can be any colour, But I made mine blue.

1 250g package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of butter
1 1/4 cups icing sugar
colour of your choice

put it all in a bowl, mix it all together until smooth, add your colour, mix. Refrigerate min. 1 hour prior to use.

That's it. It's that simple!
