Anyway I made this dress up model of my OC Felicia o3o

Basically I use this as a base and add clothing to her on a different layer.

People can design clothes for her which I may include on her ref. sheet or even in pictures I do <w> I may credit on who designed the outfit.

If people did design clothes for her, I want to see it. However like it says in the title, you'd need to ask me but we'll have a discuss on what clothes she'd wear. If you don't want to draw clothes on her, then you could always suggest an outfit :)

Nothing is showing don't worry xD I don't add details e3e and I don't want others to add too.
