Even at this age, it's easy to tell he's definitely not 90% wolf. He's either a low-content or a no-content. If someone made you pay extra by claiming he was 90% wolf, you oughtta have a word with them about their ethics and honesty.
If they called him a "wolf hybrid" when you talked to them, that should have been a huge red flag. Domestic dogs are a subspecies of grey wolf-- therefore, wolfdogs are NOT hybrids.
For reference, high-content wolfdog pups look like this:

you got realize I didn't get him cause he has wolf in him I got him cause I loved the way he looked and his personality to boot plus you got to realize that there are many different types of wolf not one is going to look the same also he is from the timber wolf family plus I know he has wolf in him cause he doesn't really bark it more of a yelp and he howls in his sleep sometimes which is really funny.
Dogs do that, too. That has nothing to do with being a wolfdog. He is probably just a dog that doesn't bark.
Many breeds of dogs also howl-- a lot. Northern "wolfy" breeds like malemutes and huskies especially!
I'm glad you love him, but claiming that he is a "90%" wolf cross when he clearly isn't does not help the misrepresentation wolfdogs already face.
Here's a great site that can help you learn more. uvu
