Profile: Jillian Vandergrift "Kuma"
Jillian is one of the usual members of the Digiforce who had awakened in the past. However, Jillian's awakening was far different than other Digiforce members.
Spending most of her life bedridden, going in and out of the hospital, and suffering from various diseases and complications of something she was born with (She has never stated, and requested many of her medical records be kept private.), Jillian shocked everyone when the Awakening happened. She had been in the hospital recovering from a recent bout when she suddenly hopped right out of bed and walked all the way down the hall without help.
A physical performed within three days of the Awakening showed amazing results - The presence of the Digisoul in Jillian's body seemed to have completely cured her of her strange soap opera disease entirely. It was through her that the restorative effects of the Digisoul have been observed.
Jillian was also a bit unique in that her first transformation after the Awakening was into a rookie form - Bearmon. She earned the nickname "Kuma" From that, eventually working to evolve, just as a real digimon did. After a good year of training, she evolved into a much MUCH bulkier form called Grizzlymon. Unbeknownst to her, she is actually the first member of the Digiforce to Digivolve, something that would take years for a normal Digimon to do.
Doors are also not friendly to Grizzlymon.
