It started with a gift. When in my mailbox two years ago on my birthday I found a packet which contained a book. A gift from a dear friend of mine who I knew during a film festival the previous month. His gift for my birthday was this book. On The Road, by Jack Kerouac. I totally fell in love with the book and with the beat generation. This great passion brought to life the essay which I brought for my final high school exam this year. Now I'm reading it for the third time. I simply can't get tired of it and of its magic.

So I decided to commission a sketch which could somehow represent how much I love this book. And I seriously have no words for what I got, as this went beyond everything I could imagine.
