From my friend, Toy Dragon (In Blue).
This is an earlier design, with his specialty of pooltoys thrown in. We established we wanted a snake-shark or naga-shark body, kept the arms, but even with the snake-shark style head, I think my submission before this one from Spotty Jaguar will be what the head looks like.
Still, I am in love with this piece!
The handles are also going to be a permanent part of Garrus, pooltoy or solid form.
