Doing cards for the hair, or do you have a proper hair system in your modeling program? (Looks like cards currently, but I guess that could be a placeholder.)

I'm probably going to go the simplest route for hair, because my intent is to push the model into Unity, and I don't know if hair objects will port. If this were for rendering I might do hair/fur, but it's going into a game engine, so.

So, you're thinking more of simplifying and using normal maps and painted fur. (You should be able to do hair cards, though I'm not sure on how good alphas look in unity.)

Yeah, I'm probably going to do the hair cards. Whatever is easiest and looks decent in Unity.

Well done! I really like how you've done the jaw and lips of the character - they look like the sort of hybrid design that would be necessary for speech, kissing and other more complex actions that a feral design wouldn't be able to swing.

I noticed more and more software are beginning to implement and utilize that sort of programming, adding the whole organic sculpting mode in many old time big ones like Blender and Maya. Cinema4D too now started carrying it.
