the docs say it doesn't hurt his eyes, but it really is annoying to try and see it in the regular white back drop. He'll be fine, but they're waiting to see if either of his eyes improve any. I don't know if you've been keeping up or have been able to, but they seem like they're planning on just replacing eye jelly because it's the blood that's causing a lot of the blindness.

I've been trying to keep up with it, but I'll be the first to admit I'm confused about it all.

It sounds very complicated. I just want him to have results and get his vision better. Poor Pup.

It's something he's been struggling with for a while now, brought on by diabetes. It's because he was so late in getting it diagnosed that his eyes were really weakened, and the blood vessels inside started popping. Basically, it's the popped blood vessels that are blinding him. It's not seeing that's doing it, so he's okay there. He's still blind because of it.
