I went to Norwescon earlier this year, and this right here was worth the price of admission all by itself. :D They do a frankenplush panel there every year, where you take plushes to pieces and recombine them.

The base of this is a build-a-bear cat. Some of the other pieces I made wholesale from scraps from other people's plushes, some were taken as-is and sewn on.

And its hand meows when squeezed.

I really love this thing. I kind of want to make more, they are way fun. Alas I don't really have any time to do so.
