GOSH THAT'S SO EXCITING, I'm really looking forward to this generation. Black/White was kinda hit and miss for me, though there were some pretty good designs out of it too. It kinda looks like they're taking nostalgic routes with X/Y and having slightly simpler designs this time.
Yeah I had a similar impression about B/W. I haven't seen anything in X/Y yet that really catches my eye (aside for MegaBlaziken but that's more because of it being related to a personal favorite than me simply liking the design) but I'm sure there will be something I can fall in love with while playing the game! XD and if not, I can just use old Pokémon!
