Because big Lugia fingerwings are the best implement for groping fatty flesh and uber boobs.
So yeah, this was written for Lugia Day today, and surprisingly I was actually able to get it done on time even if it's getting to be evening now. I openly admit that this isn't my strongest work, it was rushed a lot so I could get it to a manageable length, especially in the beginning where it lacks the usual amount of setup I prefer to have in a story. It also spends much of its time being rather grim as a result of the setting, being deep underwater where simply existing is hazardous to normal people, so I'm sort of expecting a lot of people to get turned off by that. I just wanted to have a story about fatty Lugia transformation, I can only hope that the ending is enough to make up for what comes before it. Probably going to do a sequel thing at some pointwhich most likely means it's going to get put off forever.
