Appetizers I made in garde manger class last semester.
Top plate is crabcakes with a tiny salad and I think that's a mustard-mayo sauce, but I don't remember exactly what I mixed together.
Bottom plate is a chorizo and fennel strudel, with a tiny salad too. Chorizo is spicy sausage, and its pretty tasty.
