WEREFROST's sub-type is FIGHTING-type because I like LUCARIO. >u<
I was thinking of changing it to DARK but I'm not sure I want to make a second SNEASEL. And I also want him to be able to use CLOSE COMBAT and AURA SPHERE. ; u ;

I made him able to learn POWDER SNOW as his first ICE move as PUPSICLE, and ICE PUNCH as WEREFROST because he can stand on two legs and use his front limbs as arms now. They can also all learn ICE FANG, ICY WIND, FROST BREATH, BLIZZARD, and SHEER COLD. They can also learn ; u ;

They also have SNOW WARNING as an ABILITY. ; u ;

Using TMs and HMs, it can learn WATER PULSE and SURF too. ; u ;
It can also learn DIG, while it can only learn EARTHQUAKE as WEREFROST. ; u ;
It can also learn THUNDERPUNCH, THUNDERBOLT, and THUNDER. ; u ;

I know it might sound too OP but let me have my fun for now. ; u ;

The PUPSICLE sprite is made by someone else over at PE2K forums.

I made the WOLFREEZE and WEREFROST sprites myself by manipulating different pokemon sprite parts because I wasn't content with how the person I asked was making it.
