Jekyll (left) and Hyde. German shepherd mixes - taken yesterday, a little over six weeks old.
They are such /brats/ sometimes, but we adore them.

(I caught the photo on the main page, and for a second thought you retro-aged my mutts back into their cute puppy selves.)

I found their Mom on the side of a highway and she looked like a dingo. She gave birth to a littler of pups who all looked different. I don't know where you live or where you got yours from, but in the southwest (where I found mine) these sorts of mutts tend to be referred to as Desert Dogs. ;]
They tend to look like German Shepherd mixes with floppy ears, a curled upright tail, they are smart and not very obedient and are usually overly obsessed with drinking water.
They are probably all some percentage Coyote and are planning to take over the world. ;[

Got them from a woman whose full-blood breeding german shepherd apparently was unable to get pregnant.. then got knocked up by a stray a little before she was going to be spayed. Which.. is hilarious.
The woman said the dad was some mix, probably, and had flop-ears. We're hoping the shepherd in them will get the ears to perk up, though. Speed has been like 'I won't love them as much if their ears don't perk DX'

Yeah, we were thinking about that. The perk-ears show closer to 10-12 weeks in german shepherds, so if there's no sign of it by then we'll look into that probably.
They're demons. In.. fuzzly puppy form. This morning they threw a /shitfit/ because they smelled the cat's canned food and wanted it. 8ish am on a saturday, and it was like a bad chorus. They /yowled/ and /would/ /not/ /stop/. XD Funnier now that it's done with.
