A friend owns a very nice Lexus SC400 and he had it parked out front of the house the other day. I decided to grab my camera and my 50mm lens and see what I could come up with.
I took a lot of photos and this was the one I liked the best.
Photo Details:
Canon EOS 60D
f/1.8
1/80 sec. Exposure
ISO-6400
0 step
50mm
Pattern metering
No flash
I opened the RAW file and removed as much of the noise as I could and then dropped it into PhotoShop to colour correct it, blur the license plate, and remove some lens flare that showed up in the image. I like how it turned out overall. He has asked me to shoot a full on set of his car as he is thinking of selling it.

It is a shame that the admins can't recognize photography as an actual art form. Like my other car photos that I have posted I will not move it to scraps and if it gets removed, I will raise a lot of hell over it.
The car is really quite nice, he doesn't drive it as much as he should but it is really pretty. He has owned it since new and though he adores it, he feels it is wasted. Sadly if it gets sold both he and I know that the only logical outcome for this car is that someone is going to wrap it around a tree.
Thanks for the comment!
