This is skin concept I have made up for Voltar the Omniscient, I thought to myself "Wouldn't be hilarious to see him as a Dalek that heals instead of kills?" xD. So this is what I thought up, I tried to make the skin name even sound like a wordplay on Dalek. I even went as far as drawing out skins for Voltar's suicide drones and heal-bots to match the dalek parody skin. The colour scheme represents BOTH teams, I just put both colours on the concepts and halved them. So the blue side is the Blue team colour scheme and the red side is the Red team colour scheme, simple? I think so, also tried to be thorough in this concept. His voice would sound just like a dalek drone and his dialogue would reference Doctor Who and Medical jokes.
