Commission: Heavy Weapon
This is a belated commission for
worgewolf featuring his werewolf sona Worgewolf using his twin plasma cannon to fire like a commando. Sorry about the overdue delays X3.
It's actually my first realistic furry art using different brushes to work on fur rather than scales XP. But I think I'm gonna append new commissions for furries! XD
The sketch had a detailed heavy chaingun, but he decided the twin plasma cannons, so I tried to do that thing. Hope it's functional enough :P.
What do you think of this canine?

The hair/fur effect really looks fine, yepp. It "flows" and grows into right directions and looks quite good. This is something you should ALSO do with your scale works!!
The cannon looks more like a turret... and I don't really buy the fact that he can hold this with ONE hand. Somehow, I miss a larger handle here... or something like a shoulder rest.
The body of the cannon itself looks good, though.
I would colour "plasma" with GREEN (or BLUE) colours, too... you can see this coloud in many other artworks and sstories, too. But I guess that's not a big deal, after all.
The anatomy is full of mistakes, such as the chest part and (most of all) the left thigh/leg. But fortunately, most of the hair is covering these mistakes.
And... sorry, but I still don't like the eyes you're doing. Why?
This looks like a sticker you just pasted on the head!!!!
IT still does! -..-"
The eye is not a part of the face... you need to use shading and better use of the hair to make it a part of the skull. But you always put the eyes on your characters... like a sticker.

Mmmhm, fur style will be used next time for another furry artwork, and I'll make use of the directions of hair and fur strokes. Thanks ^^
Actually I did many tries to design that cannon or turret thing without a sketch XD, i drew the sketch of chaingun with nice details to be drawn as I referred to the Doom game, but he wanted a twin plasma cannon instead. XP
For the anatomy...well, at least you said about the hair, but the mistakes looks convincing to me. ^^" I will keep them for the next furry artwork so the fur can be arranged with a better body and musculature.
and the eyes, ah. I believe that they are "just pasted to the head" as you said. Do they need a shading away from the light source (the energy blasts) and more hair strands hanging in front of his eyes? If it's a good question, I'll keep your suggestion in my mind.
Thanks for the aspects, Patrick. I'm very appreciated that you gave me a good comment about it
