Oh no! Ponies! *gasp*

I think the cartoon is cute, but honestly, I'd never call myself a Brony, or Pegasister, or whatever other names there are. Mostly cuz I'm not all that keen on the way a large portion of the online fandom seems to act. But... that's just personal opinion. Feel free to disagree. ^^;

Anywho, Twilight is one of my top favorite characters from the show (my other faves being Spike and Pinkie Pie), and she reminds me a lot of Blossom from the Powerpuff Girls (despite the fact that she's actually voiced by Tara Strong, who was Bubbles on that show). She's smart, reads lots of books, and at first was way too into her studies to the point of becoming a total introvert. At the start of the series, she had to learn about friendship in order to blah, blah, blah, plot. If you haven't seen the series, I won't spoil that for you, but my point is that years of being an introvert have made her into someone who's not entirely familiar with certain social etiquette, leading to quite a few adorkable moments.

Since she's a Unicorn, she has the ability to use magic, and has been studying magic ever since she was a filly. She's become quite proficient in magic, and is Princess Celestia's prized student and personal apprentice.
